The Art and charm of our winemaking process

From grapes to bottling, our winemaking process becomes a carefully choreographed ballet that unfolds before visitors’ eyes. The impressive spaces of the main building, intertwined with four vineyard plots, offer a panoramic view of each stage, from pressing and fermentation to final packaging. Every moment becomes a sensory experience for our visitors.

With the expert guidance of our winemaking team and the commitment of our staff in the field, we meticulously control the conditions of irrigation, water stress, fertilization and concentration, thus defining the distinctive qualities of our grapes. This translates into an annual production that varies between 6,000 and 8,000 cases, distributed in three lines of wines: VR, Duquesa and Special Edition.

Our wines are ambassadors of the vineyards in Ensenada, particularly in Valle de Guadalupe and San Vicente, reflecting the magic of the land, the climate and the proximity to the sea.
